Meet Us

Michele Campbell, Director
Michele Campbell, Director

Hello, my name is Michele Campbell and I'm the Director here at Adventures in Learning in Oswego. I have been part of the Adventures in Learning team since 2005.

I first started working at an early learning school in 2001, floating around the school and working with all of the different age groups. In 2005, I become the Lead Teacher in the 2 year old classroom at Adventures in Learning in Aurora and I enjoyed watching the 2's reach new milestones. In 2007, I had the opportunity to become the Assistant Direct here at Adventures in Learning in Oswego and in 2010, I become the Director. I have always enjoyed the daily interaction with our parents and children. I love going to all the classrooms and watching the children learn a new milestone.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have a large family and we spend a lot of quality time together. I like to vacation at Walt Disney World. When I'm not at Adventures in Learning, I enjoy running, reading, and going to the movies.

Aimee Brossman, Assistant Director

My Name is Aimee Brossman and I am the assistant Director at AIL.

I have been part of the AIL family since 2013. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Family & Individual development from NIU. I started in the two year old room as the lead teacher and then moved over to the toddler room in 2018. I really enjoyed working in both classrooms and helping each age reach different milestones. In 2019, I had the opportunity to become the Assistant Director. I’ve really enjoyed being able to interact with the entire school- staff, parents and all the children. I love being able to go into each classroom and see how much they are learning and exploring each day. It’s been a great opportunity to help build even more relationships with all our families.

When I’m not at Adventures in Learning, I enjoy spending time with my son and husband. We like going on trips to Disney World, the Dells and other places nearby. We also enjoy watching movies and being outside as much as possible.
